LPT-070 Series Through Bore Slip Rings

Product Introduction
JINPAT's LPT-070 Series Through Bore Slip Rings, inner diameter is 70mm, outer diameter is 135mm, 6-way*5A, 70mm barrier-free through hole provides wiring space for hydraulic, pneumatic or coaxial shaft installation. It provides an economical, readily available solution when compact through-hole configurations are required. The LPT070 utilizes Crystalline fiber brush technology, which offers several advantages over traditional slip ring contacts, including multiple contact points per brush bundle, low contact force per fiber, and low contact wear rate. Additionally, fiber brushes require no lubrication and generate virtually no wear debris. The LPT070 has serviceable brush blocks. This device can be used in any electromechanical system that requires unrestricted, continuous rotation while transmitting power or data from a fixed structure to a rotating structure. It is also called a rotary electrical interface, commutator, current collector, rotary joint or electrical rotary joint. It improves electromechanical performance, simplifies system design, and eliminates damage that can occur during rotation. It is a key equipment for various precision rotating worktables, electrical test instruments, manufacturing and process control instruments.
